Cleansing & Detox PDF Guide

Overall pretty disappointing for the price. Originally had several errors and typos. Has since been updated but very expensive for what it is.

I purchased the guide only because I cannot get the kit shipped from the states to Canada. I thought perhaps the instructions would give me the product names so I can try to source them in Canada, unfortunately many of them I am unable to find so far, some have very broad names like “fibre(or something) shake” so it makes it difficult to improvise. I would love to get the kit but now I have purchased the guide which is almost as much as the kit so now I have spent my budget and still no closer to doing the actual cleanse. Frustrating.

Hello, I was excited about getting a protocol for detoxing but this was a disappointment. There was no information on what else could be used if their products are not purchased. There was grammar errors and not enough details on the additional options like saunas, or rebounder such as how long should you do those therapies and how much. What exactly to eat and drink while on the detox. Also there has been 2 updates to the pdf but it dies not explain what was updated. It seems to be a nice concept but just not fully together to charge this type of money.,
