FAQs
Can I continue taking my prescribed medications safely during this cleanse?
If you feel you need your medications, please take them. if you feel you can detox from them for ten days you can always try and see how you feel. But this is up to you. Remeber you are detoxing at your own risk. If you feel strongly you need your medication, do not stop taking it.
Should I continue taking my daily supplements during the cleanse?
You do not need to take any supplements during the ten days, other than the ones we provide.
What is the serving size of the soups?
2-4 Serving sizes. You should have enough for left overs.
Should physical activity be changed at all during the cleanse?
You can still exercise. Just take it lighter and observe how you feel. If you are feeling tired, honor your body and don’t over do it. If you are feeling energy this is a good time to do some light exercise.
Can I do this if I am nursing or pregnant?
We do not recommend this detox for anyone pregnant, or nursing. Between the diet and daily herbs we do not want you to risk your milk supply drying up, or not getting enough of what you need while pregnant.
Do I need to take work off to complete this cleanse?
This is a gentle cleanse. Everyones experience can be a little different. You may have days where you feel amazing, fueled and energized. You may have days where you feel your body needs to rest and take it easy.
As far as feeling like you need to stay stuck to the toilet, that is not the case. You'll go to the bathroom like regular during your daily enema. Most people are fine to go on with their day to day activities as usual. But again, this is your time to renew, reset and go within. We recommend to observe and honor how you are feeling.
Is this cleanse safe for kids?
We cannot recommend this to anyone under 18.
Do I have to cleanse during the Full Moon?
No you do not. We say, anytime you cleanse is a good time to cleanse.
With that being said, parasites are proven to be most active during the Full Moon.
I'm on day 8, and haven't felt this good in years. I'm sold! I am grateful for the opportunity to clear my body and mind and reset moving forward. I have more energy and am motivated to eat wholesome foods! I didn't feel at all hungry on this detox and really enjoyed the fruit. I usually try to stay clear of fruit due to sugar content, but I'm not going to buy that line of thinking anymore. I've never felt better!
I was super intimidated by the thought of the enemas, but it wasn't that big a deal and I got used to them by the third day, even looked forward to them. My joints are less painful, and my head feels really clear. My stomach is flat and my gut feels healthy. I will definitely do this yearly!

The kit is good however the instructions are terrible
Love the enema!
Before this cleanse I was struggling! I would get bloated during every meal, sugar/carb cravings, brain fog, always hungry, struggled to gain weight, horrible anxiety that I had never experienced before and the worst was fatigue. I could sleep 9 hours a night and need a nap around noon from being so exhausted.
I got this cleanse because of the detailed and thorough pdf packet that comes with it. I wanted to feel guided and supported and this cleanse provided exactly that. I was a bit nervous about having bad symptoms but after a few days I felt calmer and it was really a gentle cleanse the whole way through. Only bad symptom I had was some painful bloating. But WOW I noticed a difference in my energy levels by day 4! I haven't had energy like this in sooo long, I can stay awake all day without being tired or needing a nap. And I can finally eat a meal with NO bloating. I'm actually excited to be able to gain some weight. I feel so much lighter physically and spiritually. This was amazing and I keep telling all my friends about it. It was a life saver, I'll definitely be buying more from this company.
The only things I did not like: the dry brush was way too rough for my skin so I did not use it and the tea strainer didn't work very well, it was letting alot of herbs into the tea so I ended up just using a strainer that I had at home. That was a bit disappointing that I didn't really get to use them because both of those items were very cute.
