Step 1 — Prepare

Begin with clean skin.

Apply several drops of Light Serum to your face, neck, and décolletage so your stone can glide comfortably without pulling the skin.

Step 2 — Begin at the Neck

Use gentle strokes along the neck before moving onto the face.

Keep your pressure light and comfortable, especially when your intention is lymphatic-focused massage.

Step 3 — Jawline

Glide from the center of the chin outward toward the ear.

Repeat gently on each side.

Step 4 — Cheeks

Move from the center of the face outward toward the ears.

Allow the broad edge of your Citrine stone to hug the contours of your face.

Step 5 — Under Eyes

Use extremely light pressure beneath the eyes, moving outward.

The skin here is delicate—more pressure isn't better.

Step 6 — Forehead

Glide upward and outward across the forehead, taking extra time around areas where you tend to hold tension.
