Absolutely next level. I have done detoxes and cleanses my entire life and this one was by far the best. I will do this again in September and focus on making this a 2x a year event. In the 16 days (10 in cleanse and 3 on either side), I learned so much about myself and my abilities. I did Colonics and lymphatic drainage throughout which really aided in my relationship to my experience.

If you want to change your life, this is the quickest jump start imaginable. I have now carried a ton of it forward. From stopping drinking to no sugar, to removing toxic relationships to cleaning my house and papers out, to streamling my schedule to stopping biting my nails (I have been since I was 7 years old). I am 30-days in now and I am so happy. Thank you!

I am on my 7th day of the cleanse and have seen results!!! This was easier to do than I thought it would be. I work at a high pace job and this didn’t slow me down AT ALL!! I woke up with a clear mind full of energy through out the day. If I didn’t live tacos so much I would stay on this…hahaha

I really loved this cleanse! It was easy to follow and not difficult at all, I did not feel hungry and got to try new fruits and barely felt hungry, and when I did I reminded myself of was the parasites that wanted fed! I'm doing it again in the fall 👍🏽 🌻

Registered nurse here - this cleanse is my first, and very “adjacent” to my usual traditionally healthy lifestyle. But I just hit a major milestone and felt like a reset. I saw some hype around this cleanse, and being unfamiliar appreciated that it was all-inclusive. I gave three stars because the regimen is guaranteed to produce GI motility; if that’s your thing, you will feel lighter because you are flushing your system every day. However: 1) as others have noted, the instructions are somewhat vague and lacking in organization, spelling and grammar. Sister Ashley may not be a writer, but you’ve clearly been willing to make investments in photography, social, packaging, etc. Why not editing? 2) I have watched this product for a while and the price has increased substantially. Since the products haven’t really changed, this appears to be driven by hype rather than quality. 3) I have concerns about several of the more clinical elements, considering the “at your own risk” accessibility. My hope is that people interested in a cleanse are engaged in their health more regularly than the average population - just doing that has better outcomes, so bravo! But I would be very concerned if someone with medical complexity were to try this. Several of the ingredients have toxicities and/or interactions with common prescription drugs. Given that they can’t be separated, this makes for a complex picture if any of the major “healing symptoms” show up. I can assure you, if you’r heart rate slows or you have vision changes, another enema - which is the suggestion for everything here - is not the answer. In fact, enemas are highly discouraged for various reasons, I wasn’t going to perforate myself so gave it a go anyway. Lastly, there are medical pictures mixed with non-medical that look similar…as these are real infections that are fortunately rare in developed countries, this creates self-confirmation that feels questionable to me. “All the worms” or your intestinal lining shedding due to the frequent disruptions? Truly no judgement meant to those who find this a spiritual experience, but I will be stopping.
