Our 45-Minute Colon Hydrotherapy Session is a gentle, water-based wellness practice designed to support colon cleansing, regular elimination, and overall digestive wellness.

Using our Colenz Colon Hydrotherapy System, purified, temperature-regulated water is gently introduced into the colon. This helps hydrate and soften accumulated stool and waste material so it can be released through the body's natural peristaltic movement.

There is no need to force.

For a more comfortable experience:

• Stay appropriately hydrated before your appointment.
• Eat normally unless your Sanctuary practitioner has given you specific instructions.
• Avoid arriving immediately after a large meal.
• Wear comfortable clothing.
• Give yourself enough time so you don't feel rushed.
• Let our team know about medications, health conditions, recent procedures, or concerns that could affect whether colon hydrotherapy is appropriate for you.
